Terroir Artisan Bakery aims to embrace the local environment and have it inspire the flavour of their products. With a focus on building a close relationship with farmers in the area, their sourcing is strictly local, which means no chocolate, vanilla or citrus. They also use organic or non-certified organic grains, milk, eggs and other bakery staples.
Terroir Artisan Bakery was started in an effort to create a business strictly using locally sourced ingredients. After 15 years in restaurants, Dan aimed to take his dedication to the next level, providing the comfort of classics with reimagined variations showcasing the local bounty. Terroir has a close connection with Ontario, and has worked hard to support small farmers and food producers in the area.
